The DevelopersThe Developers have extensive experience in overseas developments, as well as in the United Kingdom. Their wide and extensive knowledge of the Construction Industry will ensure that they achieve a high standard of quality and finish in all their developments. There will be an office and a manager in Kotor, the nearest town, and the principles will have a constant presence on site.
The architects are Studio K based in Podgorica and the chief architect is Dragon Komatina, who lectures at the University and they have an excellent track record. The buildings will be constructed using best-practice construction methods and quality materials and carry a detailed 10 year warranty from the builders. There will also be a 2 month snagging and settling guarantee, a 1 year decorative guarantee and equipment will come with standard manufacturers' guarantees.
